Hospital Administration (CEO, VP Operations)
Accountable for all day-to-day business management functions.
Accountability focuses on the execution of operating policies
and procedures, which result in the achievement of corporate
goals and objectives while creating an environment of continuous
improvement.
This position is responsible for carrying out the management
functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing and
controlling the operations in a manner consistent with Board
approved policy and operating goals/objectives.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Public
Administration, Management, Health Care Administration, other
appropriate field or equivalent is required. Masters Degree
in Business Administration, Public Health, or an equivalent
area of focus is highly desirable.
