Advanced Operations Career Path
Chaplain
Identifies/provides/facilitates the availability of spiritual
and religious resources that meet the diverse needs of persons
served within SMMMC. Initiates programs and activities that
enhance the spiritual character of this organization. Develops
collaborative relationships with area church leaders and lay
ministers.
- Masters of Divinity (M.Div.) or equivalent.
- M.Div. must come from an accredited seminary or other
educational institution.
- Four units of clinical pastoral education (CPE) completed
or in process, or equivalency.
- Endorsement by appropriate ecclesiastical body.
